Gov. Cox orders flags to be lowered in honor of the life and legacy of Sen. Harry Reid

SALT LAKE CITY (Jan.12, 2022) – Utah Gov. Spencer J. Cox has ordered the reducing of the flag of america of America and the flag of the state of Utah on all state amenities in recognition of Sen. Harry Reid’s interment.

The day of interment is scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 13, 2022. Due to this fact, the flag will probably be lowered to half-staff starting at midnight tonight and return to full workers at sundown on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022.
